SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS

Just enter a key word in the search field in the top navigation menu and all related products will be displayed automatically.

On the product listing page, you’ll find a bar with search filter options. Here you can define your search according to category, size, color, line or other criteria. You can also combine several search filters.

If you can't find a product that you are looking for, please first double-check your search term. If that doesn’t support your search efforts, please contact our Customer Service.

Should the article you require not be available in our Online Store, we will be happy to check whether it is available in one of our Boutiques. Please contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to assist you.

ORDERING PROCESS

You can view our entire product range without any obligation. If you already know what you are looking for, you can comfortably browse through our categories or use the Search function.

Once you have selected an item, select the color, select your size (please refer to the Size Guide if you need support to find the right size) and click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. When you confirm your selected items to purchase, you will be asked if you want to place your order with or without a customer account. We suggest to checkout with an account, as you will be able to benefit from various extras. At the next steps, you will be asked to provide your personal details, and to select the delivery and payment method.

The last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and edit any information of your order. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail only confirms the receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a separate confirmation e-mail.

Please be aware that we cannot accept orders made by e-mail, letter, or fax but we can accept orders by phone. Should you require further information please contact our Customer Service.

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING ADDRESS

The Versace Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or to a friend.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order. Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, you are not able to cancel your order anymore. Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account with Versace, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders here but we still suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.

Versace offers ground shipping and expedited services within the United States, the costs are:

UPS Ground Service- $10.00
UPS Next Day service - $35.00
UPS Second Day service - $25.00

Please note that these services are unavailable for Saturday delivery. Please note that we require an adult (over 21) signature for all deliveries and therefore do not ship to PO Boxes. At this time we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship to FPO/APO addresses.

For expedited service orders the order must be placed by 11 am EST in order to be shipped same day. In observance of National Holidays we will not be shipping orders on the following dates:

Memorial Day- Monday May 30th 2016
July 4th Holiday- Monday, July 4th 2016
Labor Day- Monday, September 5th, 2016
Thanksgiving- Thursday, November 24th 2016

Versace will only deliver your package to the address that was requested when your order was placed. We don’t re-route any packages and don’t offer the service of picking up at a UPS location.

ORDER INFORMATION

Packaging

Your order will be wrapped in white silk paper or packed in a Versace gift box. Especially accessories and shoes, foulards and ties will be all boxed while your handbag will be delivered also with a Versace fabric bags for protection. Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery.

Insurances

Versace insures all items against theft and accidental damage while in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for its receiving that you are accepting a damaged box.
