Returns & Refunds
RETURN PROCESS AND RECLAMATION
All full price items purchased at the Versace Online Store can be returned within 30 days, free of charge. We do not accept returns of final sale items. Please note that at present we can only accept returns and faulty goods that have been purchased from the Versace Online Store. If you would like to return goods that have been purchased from somewhere else, please go directly to the shop where you purchased the goods.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimming suits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer
We do not accept returns on final sale items. We do not refund the cost of expedited shipping if that was the method you choose on the order.
For a simple return, please use the pre-printed return form and return label included in your parcel. If you cannot find the return label, please contact our Customer Service. Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse you will be notified by e-mail. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Currently, it is not possible to return the items to a Versace Retail Store.
For orders shipped to Canada, Versace cannot refund the original shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
For US orders you may exchange an item(s) within 30 days of receiving it. Please fill out the form enclosed in your order and send the original item(s) back to us with the exchange form filled out. Once the item(s) is received and processed we will refund your original item(s) and charge the same credit card for the new item(s). If your new item(s) is not in stock we will refund the original purchase. Please note that items purchased from a retail store, or a Versace Boutique, cannot be exchanged at the Versace Online Store, and vice versa.
Versace does not offer exchange services for Canadian orders. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your current order and place a new one for the item you desire.
Any products purchased online may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase. You can proceed by returning your product to Versace: for a simple return, please use the pre-printed return form and return label included in your parcel. Watches and sunglasses may be sent back for repair up to 24 months after the date of purchase, along with the original receipt, if they are faulty or for any manufacturing fault. Watches and sunglasses are classified as faulty if they have been received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of the date of purchase. Please note that watches or sunglasses that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
