You can view our entire product range without any obligation. If you already know what you are looking for, you can comfortably browse through our categories or use the Search function. If you don't know yet, what you are looking for, but want to get inspired, you can have a look at our Stories, the Shop by Look section or My Versace.

Once you have selected an item, select the color, select your size (please refer to the Size Guide if you need support to find the right size) and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. When you confirm your selected items to purchase, you will be asked if you want to place your order with or without a customer account. We suggest to checkout with an account as you will be able to benefit from various extras. At the next steps, you will be asked to provide your personal details, and to select the delivery and payment method.

The last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and edit any information of your order. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail only confirms the receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a separate confirmation e-mail.

The Versace Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or to a friend. In that case, the invoice will be sent separately to the billing address and not with the parcel to the shipping address.


For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order.

Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, you are not able to cancel your order anymore. All items purchased at the Versace Online Store can be returned within 30 days, free of charge. In case you need further support, please call our Customer Service


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account with Versace, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders here but we suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.

Orders made between Monday and Friday by 12:00 pm (GMT+1) will be handed over to the forwarding agent on the same day. Any orders made after this time will be shipped the following day. All orders made on Fridays after 12:00 pm will be handled from the following Monday morning onwards.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays, but before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.

We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.



Your order will be wrapped or packed in Versace wrapping or special Versace paper boxes. Accessories, shoes, foulards and ties will be all be specially boxed, while your handbag will be delivered in a Versace fabric bag for protection.

Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery.


Versace insures all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.
