    Measure half the chest circumference of a personal garment that fits you well. Lay the garment flat and measure straight across the chest, from seam to seam, just below the armhole using a measuring tape.

  • Sleeve Length

    Measure the sleeve length of a personal garment that fits you well. Lay the garment flat and starting from the shoulder seam, measure straight to the sleeve's edge (short sleeve) or the cuff's edge (long sleeve) using a measuring tape.
