"This collection starts from the understanding and appreciation of the body that we have always had in our heart at Versace. We applied the lessons learned in the Atelier to ready-to-wear: the construction, the tailoring, the beauty of fabric.”

INSPIRATION AND LINE

INSPIRATION AND LINE

Dresses with folded structural busts, fluted necklines, and rounded couture shoulders all reference Atelier Versace collections of the 1990s. Tailoring is cut with signature Versace straight-shoulders to enhance an hourglass shape. The Spring-Summer 1993 collection informs Men's silhouette volumes, and belt and buckle details. The Medusa ’95 hardware—a version of the House Medusa signature debuted in the 1995 Atelier Versace campaign starring Madonna—is incorporated throughout.
