Orders are usually shipped within 1 – 2 working days.
Orders ship from our warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays); a signature is required for a successful delivery.
Please note that the delivery times in the table are estimates and do not apply to made-to-order items. Personalised items will be shipped within 2 weeks from the order date, subject to confirmation.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays, but before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.
At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account at the Versace Online Store, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders here but we suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.
We ship to most destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. The prices indicated on our pages are gross prices, that is, already inclusive of VAT. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected.

In DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations, product price displayed do not include all taxes and duties. Taxes and duties within these destinations are collected upon delivery.

The Versace Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or to a friend.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been confirmed or shipped. All items purchased at the Versace Online Store can be returned within 30 days. In case you need further support, our Client Service will be happy to provide assistance

Versace Jeans Couture items will be shipping in their own dedicated branded packaging.
Versace insures all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box. In case of need for further support, please contact our Client Service.
