VERSACE PRODUCTS
Please consider, all Versace products are shown in Italian sizes and all products have Italian size labels. You can find a Size Table for each product.
The Size Table serves as an indicator to help you to find the right size. Please don't forget, if you have selected the wrong size, you have the possibility to return the item.
Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, our Client Service team will be more than happy to assist you.
Personalise Versace bathrobes and beach towels by choosing from a selection of hand-embroidered characters and symbols for a unique made-to-order piece.
The personalisation cost will be added to the standard price of your chosen item.
Versace reserves the right not to produce personalisation that include terms that are derogatory, discriminatory, offensive or infringe on existing trademarks.
Standard and personalized items cannot be combined into a single order.
Please note, that due to their handcrafted applications, made-to-order items cannot be returned and will be shipped within 2 weeks from the order date, subject to confirmation.
It is not possible to change or cancel your personalised order once it has been confirmed or shipped.
All items that you can see in the Versace Online Store are in stock, however, single sizes and/or colors can already be sold out as we only stock an exclusive amount of items. In case your desired size and/or color are not available at the moment, you can leave your e-mail address to be notified when they are eventually back in stock.
The Versace Online Store only shows articles that are available for sale online. If you would like to know about availability in our VERSACE boutiques, please contact our Client Service team via our Contact form or check the Store Locator page to call the store closest to you.
If a product shows signs of defects or is damaged within 24 months of an online purchase, the product can be returned. Sunglasses are classified as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of the date of purchase. Please note that sunglasses that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Your Versace watch is internationally warranted by Vertime B.V. for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. You can extend the warranty to four years here:
The warranty excludes:
- The bracelet, battery and glass
- Damage stemming from improper use of the watch
- The loss or theft of the watch
- Damage caused by wear
- All direct or indirect damage caused by the circumstances mentioned above.
Any repair work on the watch must be carried out by a service center authorized by Vertime B.V. using original parts. Any intervention by an unauthorized repairer renders this warranty invalid.

Please note that we are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily discounted.
Please bear in mind the items meant for children aged 0-36 months are not compliant with Chinese labelling regulation and therefore cannot be distributed in People's Republic of China.

To ensure that your online credit card payment is as secure as possible, we use Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™, internationally recognized authentication technology collectively known as 3D Secure. 3D Secure protects your credit cards against unauthorized use to minimize the risk of online credit card fraud.
To use 3-D Secure you need to register at your Bank.
The prices indicated on our pages are gross prices, that is, already inclusive of VAT. No additional taxes or customs duties are collected. During the checkout procedure, VAT is shown individually. Tax and duties are collected upon delivery in Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. All purchases from Hong Kong are tax free.
