2024 Professional Equality Index score for Versace France

Based on the indicators established under laws and regulations, Versace France was awarded an overall score of 85/100 on the 2024 Professional Equality Index (hereinafter, the "Equality Index").

This Equality Index was calculated for the reference period running from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 (hereinafter, the "Reference Period").

The Equality Index score was calculated by adding up the scores for the 4 indicators used, in accordance with the laws and regulations applying to Versace France.

These 4 indicators are as follows:

  • 40 points maximum awarded for the gender pay gap: 35 points awarded to Versace France;

  • 35 points maximum awarded for the difference in the rate of pay increases between women and men: 25 points awarded to Versace France;

  • 15 points maximum awarded for the percentage of employees who have received a pay increase in the year following their return from their maternity leave if pay increases occur while they are taking their maternity leave: 15 points awarded to Versace France;

  • 10 points maximum for the number of employees of the under-represented gender in the 10 highest paid positions: 10 points awarded to Versace France.

A total of 85 points out of 100.

The Equality Index must be published each year on websites and be reported to the Economic and Social Committee (ESC) and to the French labour administration (regional labour, employment and training offices - DREETS).
