  • Versace France Professional Equality Index 2025

    With regard to the indicators set by the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, Versace France obtained an overall score of 98/100 in the 2025 Professional Equality Index (hereinafter the “Equality Index”).

    This Equality Index is established for the reference period running from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (hereinafter the “Reference Period”).

    The Equality Index score was calculated by adding up the scores for the 4 indicators used, in accordance with the laws and regulations applying to Versace France.

    These 4 indicators are as follows:

    • 40 points maximum awarded for the pay gap between women and men: 38 points obtained by Versace France;

    • 35 points maximum awarded for the gap in individual salary increase rates between women and men: 35 points obtained by Versace France;

    • 15 points maximum awarded for the percentage of female employees who received a salary increase in the year following their return from maternity leave, if salary increases occurred during the maternity leave period: not calculable;

    • 10 points maximum awarded for the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest earners: 10 points obtained by Versace France.

    A total of 83 points out of 85, converted to 98 points out of 100.

    The Equality Index is published every year on the company’s website and communicated to the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and to the labour administration authority (DREETS).
