The children's collection features clothing and accessories for new-borns, boys and girls. Please bear in mind the items meant for children aged 0-36 months are not compliant with Chinese labelling regulation and therefore cannot be distributed in People's Republic of China.

The world of Versace is complete with a collection of home décor ranging from textiles, tableware and home accents.

PRODUCT AVAILABILTY IN VERSACE ONLINE STORE

All items that you can see in the Versace Online Store are in stock, however, single sizes and/or colors can already be sold out as we only stock only an exclusive amount of items. In that case the respective color and/or size cannot be selected anymore.
Please be aware that even if you could add an item to your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed and processed your order to us. So, be fast to get the products you want.

REPAIRS SERVICE

Currently we cannot offer you a repair service.

VERSACE WATCHES WARRANTY EXTENSION

Your Versace watch is internationally warranted by Vertime B.V. for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. You can extend the warranty to four years here: http://www.versacewatches.com/storelocator/Register_Warranty.aspx.

The warranty excludes:

  • The bracelet, battery and glass
  • Damage stemming from improper use of the watch
  • The loss or theft of the watch
  • Damage caused by wear
  • All direct or indirect damage caused by the circumstances mentioned above.

Any repair work on the watch must be carried out by a service center authorized by Vertime B.V. using original parts. Any intervention by an unauthorized repairer renders this warranty invalid.

We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your card will not be charged until your order has left our warehouse. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Please note that all prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Orders placed for both U.S. and Canadian shipping destinations are settled and charged in USD.

We work with CyberSource to process your credit card information. CyberSource is owned by Visa International and is one of the largest payment transaction companies on the Internet. TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary Page. For orders shipped to a U.S. delivery address, Versace charges state and local taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable law. For orders shipped to a Canadian delivery address, Versace charges duties, state and local taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable law. A summary of applicable duties and taxes is shown at checkout before completing order payment.

Important sales tax information for goods shipped to Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota and Vermont: Please note that Versace is not obligated to, and does not, collect sales tax on any goods shipped to the states of Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota and Vermont (the “Exempt States"). Unless your purchase is specifically exempt from taxation, it is subject to the payment of sales tax and to the tax laws in the Exempt State to which your order is shipped. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Each Exempt State requires purchasers to report all purchases that were shipped to such Exempt State and that were not taxed at the time of purchase, and to pay the appropriate sales taxes on such purchases, pursuant to the applicable laws of such Exempt State. Important duties and tax information for goods shipped to Canada: For customers residing in Canada, Versace fulfills orders though its distribution center in Cincinnati Ohio. Customers will complete their transaction in U.S. dollars (USD) for all applicable costs, including shipping, taxes and duties. Customers will be charged for pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP). There will be no additional charges upon delivery. In the event that the order is undeliverable, or if order delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for payment of all duties and taxes. Shipping charges, duties and taxes are nonrefundable. Upon receipt of returned item(s), a refund will be issued for the item(s) price only. Contact your local customs office to find out if you are eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes.
