The Gradual Re-Opening of Boutiques

We are happy to inform you that we are gradually reopening our boutiques. To maintain the health and safety of our Versace community, we are putting new safety protocols into practice in our retail stores. To begin, our employees have received health and safety training and have been provided with personal protective equipment : inclusive of hand sanitizer, face coverings, and gloves. We are looking forward to welcoming our clients back into our stores. In an effort to keep our Versace community healthy and safe, we ask that all clients wear a face covering while in our stores, maintain social distancing guidelines, and adhere to the capacity restrictions within each individual boutique. If you exhibit a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, please refrain from visiting our boutique and visit us at Versace.com.

VERSACE PRODUCTS

SIZE INFORMATION

Please consider, all Versace products are shown in Italian sizes and all products have Italian size labels. You can find a Size Table for each product.
The Size Table serves as an indicator to help you to find the right size. Please don't forget, if you have selected the wrong size, you have the possibility to return the item.
Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, our Customer Care team will be more than happy to assist you.

BATHROBE PERSONALISATION

Your favorite Versace bathrobes can now be customised to your liking. You can choose up to 9 characters to be hand-sewn into your bathrobe. Versace reserves the right not to produce personalisations including terms that are derogatory, discriminatory, offensive or infringe on existing trademarks.

The cost of customisation is 150 USD, to be added to the standard dressing gown price (595 USD), totaling at 745 USD.

Being customised by hand, bespoke bathrobes take three weeks to ship. As a made-to-order style, we can not accept returns of personalised items.

At the moment, it is not possible to combine regular and personalised items in a single order. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILTY IN VERSACE ONLINE STORE

All items that you can see in the Versace Online Store are in stock, however, single sizes and/or colors can already be sold out as we only stock only an exclusive amount of items. In case your desired size and/or color are not available at the moment, you can leave your e-mail address to be notified when they are eventually back in stock.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY IN VERSACE BOUTIQUES

The Versace Online Store shows only articles that are available for sale online. If you would like to know about availability in our VERSACE boutiques, please contact our Customer Care team via our Contact form or check the Store Locator page to call the store closest to you.

REPAIRS SERVICE

Watches and sunglasses may be sent back for repair up to 24 months after the date of purchase, along with the original receipt, if they are faulty or for any manufacturing fault. Watches and sunglasses are classified as faulty if they have been received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of the date of purchase. Please note that watches or sunglasses that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

VERSACE WATCHES WARRANTY EXTENSION

Your Versace watch is internationally warranted by Vertime B.V. for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. You can extend the warranty to four years here.

The warranty excludes:

  • The bracelet, battery and glass
  • Damage stemming from improper use of the watch
  • The loss or theft of the watch
  • Damage caused by wear
  • All direct or indirect damage caused by the circumstances mentioned above.

Any repair work on the watch must be carried out by a service center authorized by Vertime B.V. using original parts. Any intervention by an unauthorized repairer renders this warranty invalid.

Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

CHINESE LABELLING REGULATION

Please bear in mind the items meant for children aged 0-36 months are not compliant with Chinese labelling regulation and therefore cannot be distributed in People's Republic of China.

The Versace Online Store accepts the following payment methods:

We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your card will not be charged until your order has left our warehouse. In case of payment through PayPal, the amount will be charged the day of the order. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your bank or PayPal account. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Your card information is encrypted in our system using 128-bit SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a credit card on Versace is secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties.

We work with CyberSource to process your credit card information. CyberSource is owned by Visa International and is one of the largest payment transaction companies on the Internet. Your credit card and billing information is recorded via a fully encrypted Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL). This and your other personal information are safe and secure and will only be used for your intended purpose.

To ensure that your online credit card payment is as secure as possible, we use Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™, internationally recognized authentication technology collectively known as 3D Secure. 3D Secure protects your credit cards against unauthorized use to minimize the risk of online credit card fraud.

To use 3-D Secure you need to register at your Bank.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary Page. A summary of applicable duties and taxes is shown at checkout before completing order payment.

 

U.S.

For orders shipped to a U.S. delivery address, Versace charges state and local taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable law.
