SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME

You will find the dispatch options as well as the delivery costs and times in the following table.

For Second Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping the order must be placed by 11 am EST in order to be shipped same day.

Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.

Orders are usually confirmed, packaged and dispatched in 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that the delivery times in the table are estimates and do not apply to made-to-order or personalized items. Estimated delivery time for custom-made orders is 1-3 business days, contingent to the acceptance of your order.

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays); a signature is required for a successfully delivery.

At the moment we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, to FPO/APO addresses and to PO Boxes.

Fragrances are not available for Next Day or Second Day delivery methods, and cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Versace will only deliver packages to the address that was requested when your order was placed.

Starting from July 1st 2022, Colorado State imposes a delivery fee of 0.27$ to all the orders shipped to Colorado. The fee is applied at order level and is not refundable on any returns.

 

ORDERS

PRE-ORDERS

For selected groups of styles on Versace.com, that are not immediately available for sale but will be available in the future, Versace may provide customers with the option to place a Pre-Order for these items. When a customer makes a Pre-Order, Versace will provide an estimated shipping/availability date, which may be subject to variations. Once the item arrives in our warehouse and becomes available, we will process and ship your order. At this point, you will receive a shipping notification via email and your credit card will be charged. In the event that the item does not become available at the communicated shipping/availability date, we will notify you via email. You will be apprised of the order status and given the opportunity to cancel the order, or to agree to a future delivery date.

For all Pre-Orders, a credit card will be the only accepted form of payment. Versace will verify the credit card’s validity at the time of order, but the card will not be charged until the item has shipped.

U.S.

For U.S. orders consisting of both Pre-Order items and regular items, we will ship the regular item first and then the Pre-Order item will be shipped once the item becomes available. For orders consisting of multiple Pre-Order items with different shipping/availability dates, we will ship the items as they become available.

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING ADDRESS

The Versace Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or to a friend.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. All items purchased at the Versace Online Store can be returned within 30 days, free of charge. In case you need further support, our Client Service will be happy to provide assistance.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. You can track your delivery here.

IN-STORE ORDERS

Versace offers an in-store ordering service providing a personalized shopping experience with access to the complete Versace.com selection. 

For your convenience, this service ensures you find the perfect Versace item, even if a size, color, or variant is not available in the Boutique.

HOW TO PLACE AN IN-STORE ORDER

Our Boutique sales assistants will use a dedicated Versace.com app to process your order on your behalf. 

To complete your in-store order, you will be guided through the payment process by scanning a payment QR code with your mobile device and entering your card details. Please note that only debit or credit cards are accepted for in-store purchases.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. Orders will be delivered to your desired shipping address.

IN-STORE ORDER RETURNS

Orders placed through our in-store ordering service can be returned via our online return process, here.

When starting an online return for an in-store order, ensure you select the same country on Versace.com that corresponds to the country where you placed your in-store order.

ORDER INFORMATION

PACKAGING

Depending on the product purchased, your order will be wrapped or packed in Versace garment bags, boxes or dustbags.

Versace Jeans Couture products will only be packed in Versace Jeans Couture cotton bags if the gift wrapping option is selected, otherwise they will be wrapped in the standard packing paper.

Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery.

INSURANCE

Versace insures all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.
